KSC Final

Recommended Posts

Just wondering what sort of team Liam will put out, will he stick with the reserves that got us to the Final? or will he go for another guaranteed trophy and put the 1st team out? Either way, we should win it and hopefully we'll have a healthy support there to see it, not sure what admission will be, but hopefully no more than a Tenner for Adults and a Fiver for kids, or even cheaper if possible, the more fans we can get to Bromley, the better the chance of Trophy number Two. This is a massive match for Cray Wanderers and I'm sure that they will take a few supporters, especially now they're playing the FA Trophy holders wink

Well said there LK. Must say I'm looking forward to this one. Hope it won't be like the KSC Final against Bromley two years ago.

I can see Liam Daish fielding a strong eleven, this game also counts as good match practice for the league campaign, and I feel that we're going to go for "a double".

David Holden, ok, maybe guaranteed is a strong word, but the 1st team would certainly be expected to comfortably win the Final and as I mentioned in my original posting, it would be our 2nd Trophy of the season and no matter what the competition, a Trophy is a Trophy, so it wouldn't suprise me in the slightest if Liam plays quite a strong team.

Its a pre-season match, Liam will be more concerned about preparing the side to play Mansfield than the result against Cray.

Of course we don't know that Liam will pick the side so if MyFC members pick it expect the eleven players with the funniest haircuts or that wear the loudest boots to take the field.

Whhoever picks the team it won't come with any guarantees.

To say Liam wont be concerned with the result of a Final is doing Liam a diservice, any Manager at any level wants to win Trophies, it's what they're in the game for, yes, preparing the team for the new season is top of his list of course, but this game wasn't originally a pre season game and hopefully we will play it like a Cup Final.
