Who would you like to play in the first 3 fixtures

With the fixtures out on Tuesday, who would you chose to play against.

 

As we were at home last year on the first fixture, that means we will be away i imagine, followed by a tuesday and saturday home game.

 

I think all we know is that every game will be very tough so it does not matter.

 

Some may suggest you want 'supposed' easier fixtures first,but equally -do you want tougher fixtures first to get them out of the way.

 

How about:

 

Staines away 16th

Dover home 19th

Sutton home 22nd

 

That would be a baptism of fire for manager and players alike !!

 

Personally, i 'm hoping the first fixture on 16th is in London and not in Essex

You talk about getting the hard sides before they get into their stride, but three defeats from three games would have all confidence lost, if the had any that is.

2nd Heybridge Swifts (Home)

3rd Boreham Wood (Home)

2nd Dover (home)

3rd Dartford (home)

 

 

Get people through the doors early and maybe they might just get enough interest in the club to start watching on a regular basis. Also the only game where may struggle a bit in those 3 games is against Dover.

Winable games imo, but would still be a good test to really see how we are going to do.

When are the fixtures actually released guys?

They have been released, by post to the clubs and therefore will arrive tomorrow, so a few will be available online very early, but most will not be up until 9am when they arrive on the Isthmian League website. I really do not understand why they can not be stuck online on completion.
