AFC fan i see TRS. Expecting good things next season? They have signed some good players this summer

I'll be happy with upper mid table to be honest, maybe pushing for the play-offs. The next step up is massive, so don't want to progress too quickly!

I definitely know that a revised lease has been offered by M.V.D.C. I believe it is with the Clubs legal-eagles at the moment.

(1) Only if there is disagreement. The deadline is now VERY close.

(2) No, if agreeable to both parties.

(3) Basically, if DFC do NOT agree to the terms and conditions of a new lease, we apply to go back to court. I understand that the original length of term of the offered lease was rejected by DFC, hence the delay.

thanks jr.

I doubt it needs an aerie of legal eagles to read the length of lease offered.

so has the council offered a long (enough) lease now?

Have I got it right, if no agreement after 3 months (ie next week!) both parties can agree to carry on negotiating, or either one can go back to court?

(also any idea about the spinvox games Bjr?)

To be honest, I haven't been involved with this venture. I'm sure Tony Webb would be pleased to answer your questions.

I haven't seen Tony or Peter, face to face for a few weeks now.

Not sure that our friendlies are being played at HC now. I heard they may be played at Reigate.

I'll see what I can find out.
