Car insurance fraud

While i was working in whitechapel in London i found it hard to believe my eyes, a place which is so deprived and dirty had hundreds of 18 year old indian lads driving big 2 litre BMWs and i personally cant see how they can afford to do it. The car could be there dads but the insurance would still be thousands.

 

I think England should make people display there insurance details in the car window so police can check it without looking like there discriminating against ethnic minoritys.

 

After all why shold we have to keep paying more and more for insurance because these people are avoiding paying their insurance.

The thing about these people who do this kind of crime is that they think it's a victimless crime so they just keep on doing it. But of course it's not and it just makes life more difficult for others. Then again, us St Albans people don't really have to worry about car insurance, seeing as how we get chauffered about in Limos everywhere! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I've decided not to bother with a car, I think when I'm older I'll just get a horse or something! Although you probably have to have insurance for that too. God, this cold I've got has made me go all surreal.

I agree Chubbster. I took two tests, failed them both (the second because it was about 3.30pm on a Friday) and gave up.

 

That was 10 years ago. I don't miss having a car one bit.

I failed twice as well. And the first one was at the same time as your second. My second was at the ridiculously early time of 8.30am on a friday.

 

Also, there's not much point in me getting a car a year before I go to Uni. If I get into Edinburgh the bloke up there said there's a huge parking/ traffic problem so there's no point having a car. And if I'm trying to save for Uni in the next year there's no point blowing money on something I'll hardly use. I don't even like driving that much- it's too stressful!

There's nowhere you can't get to by either bus, train or shoe leather. Well, except Heybridge, but that's not too much of a loss!!

Chubbhead you really should pass your driving test as soon as possible, because once youve got it you dont have to worry about it ever again.

I agree with the first...add rapistis to that. Maybe not the whole of Whitechapel-although I've never been there so perhaps they do deserve it, I don't know! As for the third, judging by some of the comments by some of the people that come on here, a lot of people would be disappointed!

I learnt to drive because you can't get out of Markyate unless you drive. I was fed up of the horse and cart - hurts your bum too much.

 

Chubbhead, take my advise, learn to drive now and then its over with. I passed my test first time and within 2 weeks. I mean if i can do it, i'm sure you can too!
