I guess that's when having someone like K Tomlinson in your camp is so vital.

 

Another unsung Margate hero-arguably as important as the plethora advisors/coaches etc.

 

I think its about time we gave the management team some assitance by appointing a club dietician and sports psychologist aswell.

 

I have a growing feeling that counselling from a psychologist may have some importance this coming season.

i dont want to appear rude MM because generally I do respect your comments, but any fit strong young athlete who needs a psychologist should be doing ballet not playing football.This is a mans game and the youngsters will have to learn quickly.
