One player leaving the club (Braintree)is former Heybridge Swifts defender Ian Cousins, who has turned down the chance of a short-term deal and is expected to either return to Swifts or possibly move to AFC Hornchurch, who are interested in signing him.

 

Now there is a good defender looking for a home.
