Well I don't know much about odds but having AFC Hornchurch, Staines and Sutton as faves looks to be about right to me. AFCH and Staines finished the season strongly, and both are looking to strengthen whilst Sutton have invested well by the looks of things... that said I would say this is the most open the division has been for some time, think there's maybe half the teams in the division capable of winning it.

I'm not surprised to see Hx as clear favorites in the betting, Staines have started to drift though and I am surprised at that.

 

I agree Simon, lots of good teams out there, and they all have a good chance of taking the champions crown.

Apparently we are 14/1 with bet365.

 

Staines have lost their best two players in Nwokeji and Toppin, Sutton have spent loads but there's a few mercenaries in there (eg Nicholls and Watts). I think it's a big jump from Div 1 to Premier so if Dover go top 5 they've done well. Hornchurch and Tonbridge will be up there and so will we.

 

I agree with Simes, reckon 8 or 9 will really fancy it this season.

Dover won Div I South by 12 points last season.

The previous season Hornchurch won Div I North by 21 points and they finished the next season in the Prem in 4 th place.

Sky bet have entered the market and are looking to lay Hornchurch and Dover, but don't want to take any money on Staines or Sutton

As 5th favourites they're not exactly dark horses though. I think Maidstone at 33/1 are a decent outside bet, they've brought in some quality players and their Sittingbourne "home" is a tough place to visit.

That the price offered is less than the "real" price that we should be.

 

I actually think it's about right for us and would be very tempted if we had a bit more experience between the sticks.
