Thanks for that Tommy, but according to a public display by UU today, poor 'Younger Keeps' needs 'daddy' to buy his place!

All the same we thank you for your support and encouragement - after all you have seen him play!

So why didn't Unc grabbed your arm off then and signed him for Hornchurch next season, he probably got his information from Wader and Keeper No.1 has put a few hundred quid in the Biggleswade Town coffers to take Baby Keeps under their wing.

well others may have noticed him play as well if he had been playing under his own name ....is it okay to use different names for 15 year olds at level 5...?

The answer to your question is no.

From The FA Handbook - Seson 2007/08

Rules of the Association

To play in an open age competition a player must have acheived the age of 16.

This would explain why a false name may have been used.

SLB played in a cup game and as was customary we video taped our game.

We completely outplayed the other side to the extent that they were getting so frustrated with their inadequacy that they had several players sent off and after using all their subs decided to throw the game, as the Chairman told players to go down injured. With less players than the rules allowed the game was stopped with, I think, about 7 minutes to go.

Little did he realise that the camera picked up everything until it was too late. The manager then insisted that he wanted the the tape because they had a 16 year old playing and we hadn't asked for their permission to record our game. doh But we all knew the real reason why he wanted the tape. smile

The Spurs Fan - What did you think of your FA Cup draw at home to Chessington & Hook, do you give yourself a chance.

Mrs Keeps - So what if the 15 year old breaks a leg during training or whilst playing in the friendly, where does that leave the Club legally

I would say regarding friendlies. As for training I'm not too sure. Best if you contact the FA.
