Actually if it were simply a case of those renewing from last year who didn't receive a wallet (because they already had one) it would be logical. But this doesn't seem to be the case from the posts made so far on this thread.

Would it not have looked better to give the first time season ticket holders a wallet? so the club looked more professional, Plus existing season ticket holder would more than likely have a wallet already. If your after getting more long term support, surely the new ones are the ones you look after at the outset?

Well, we have waited a long time for them as we ordered many weeks ago, in advance. I don't know what the turnaround time is now, though. I would say you'd be better asking if you could pick it up at the ground before the match - give them a ring, perhaps?
