Spent the afternoon at a small school fete in deepest Norfolk quaffing copious amounts of Tipples 'Redhead' whilst wearing my Fleet Wembley polo shirt. Despite this being the back end of nowhere, four people came up to me and started chatting about The Fleet/MyFC/Wembley - one had recently been seconded to Invicta from local commercial outfit Radio Broadland and the others were all aware of the mighty Fleet via t'internet or news coverage. Whatever the pros and cons of MyFC's involvement, the Fleet are certainly getting noticed in the strangest places. Just going off now to lie down in a dark place to avoid any 'lightweight' accusations from the likes of UU or Harry!
