Topsy Turvey team from the place that time forgot .

Credit to the depleted Farnborough , who went 2-0 up and stopped Reevsie getting our game abandoned :

ONCE AGAIN Ian McDonald was forced to make major changes to Boro's formation for the visit to Nuneaton. Tony Pennock and Rocky Baptiste were out injured, Jim Rodwell was unavailable and Christian Lee was suspended, while Dean Green apparently went AWOL after being substituted at half-time in the Gravesend game last Monday. McDonald elected to play strikers Joff Vansittart and Ken Charlery as centre-backs and gave Danny Potter a full Conference debut upfront alongside Paul Harkness. Baptiste was named as a substitute of last resort with the far from fully fit Garry Butterworth also on the bench. Butterworth came on for the final moments when it became clear that a combination of a back injury and a knock to the the ankle meant that Lenny Piper was unable to continue.
