ONE THOUSAND FANS PLEDGE funds to Liams budget

Recommended Posts

Its only a guess here, (but the reading the Pledge helped) I would say the money is going to increase the playing budget!

The clue is > I will give at least 20 pounds to the Ebbsfleet United playing budget for 2008-09

If all money collected, should mean about

It would however be nice if Liam identified *which* player the money has helpded pay for though rather than simply increasing the playing budget.

We all like to know where "our" money goes and I'm sure people would take a greater interest in that player.

Hell, yes! Why not set up a poll and we can all vote for the player we want Liam to buy!

I hear that Lampard character at Chelsea is quite good....

Shirly the appeal is for new players/adding to the budget BEFORE the start of the season?

Is the renewal not the end of Jan?

Never mind, I agree - spend the money NOW! Who knows what the MyFC status will be come 09!!

For any member of MyFC who signed-up before February 19th the official renewal date is February 19th (the date of the actual takeover of MyFC). Anyone who has signed-up since then renews on the date one year from when they signed-up.

And I suspect it might be prudent not to rely on MyFC memebrship fees to increase the playing budget in the second half of the season.

Personally I'd never criticise a player outloud for having a poor game but I take your point.

When the Fleet Trust raised money to bring in Adrian Pennock a few years ago everyone knew this money had been used to fund his wages. It just so turned out that he done wonders for us. I guess its a "chicken and egg" situation.
