We are currently working on the constitution but due to certain changes going on around us - this is proving harder than we first thought - but it is in hand ! (SCH 17/6/08) but for information South Kilburn promoted to Hellenic League - Sutton Commor have joined the Combined Counties as third place promotion - Barnet Town have joined forces with Hadleigh and joined the Spartan South Midlands and Bethnal Green we have released to the Essex Senior League (SCH 19/6/08)."

Cor! An absolutely resounding silence about this interesting bit of news that could affect all the clubs playing in the ESL next season.

I suppose that if I had started a thread about someone's anal aperture there would be hundreds of posts on the subject! doah

I hope that this is the case, more teams the merrier in my eyes!

Be nice if Bethnal Green and Clacton both join, freshens things up and matches on on a tuesday are always better than training all day long!

Where do Bethnal Green play their matches??

I'm not quite sure but I think it may be Mile End Stadium taking over from Beaumont Ath.

Be good for the ESL if they did get both clubs.

Not too sure how many fans Bethnal Green would have though?

Shame some East hets North East london clubs dont join from the spartan league.

And maybe the ESL should actively try and help clubs with potential like Epping and Benfleet etc

I read a post from an FC Clacton supporter this morning on another site that they expect their appeal (and that of Bethnal Green United probably) to join the ESL to be heard at FA HQ tomorrow week i.e. Friday July 4.

I work Mile End and I have not heard much singing in the area to celebrate election to the ESL.

Ronnie and Reggie would be proud of this achievement.
