I can't say precisely when Mr Levine was appointed a director of EUFC, but the shareholders EGM ratifying the acquisition of the club was on the 18th February 2008 (so it is unlikely to be before that date) and the first programme his name appeared in as "Acting Director" was the very next home game, our FAT replay against Burton Albion on Tuesday 26th February 2008. A company search would confirm the appointment date.
