Hertford Town

Horace - Am I so wide of the mark then, an article in the most recent Hertfordshire Mercury quotes Ossie as saying that 'he is sure his son will bring excitement back to the long suffering Hertinfordbury Park faithful', surely you and HTFCew would like to be part of that:

Horace - I expect this link will bring a tear to your eye and I'm sorry to do it to you but the article on Pablo Ardiles is an insight, I see that he has brought in Billy O'Driscoll as his right hand man so it's surely only a matter of time before the Club are back in the Ryman League where they belong:

Hope you had the central heating on at 3.42am when you posted that Rhodes! Bloomin' cold last night. My central heating boiler blew up this morning - now that did bring a tear to my eye! And my cash reserve that would have been there to buy a new one was spent on a new ceiling for the HTFC clubhouse before I left!

Horace - I see that Hertford Town had another good result last night and are unbeaten under Pablo Ardiles. Have you and HTFCew severed ties completely with the Club, if so surely you miss the involvement.

They are indeed doing well. Two clean sheets in successive matches too, under Pablo. Win every game from now on, and they'd be in the hunt!

My central heating boiler is still bust, and I'm freezing!
(p.s. Can't remember what it was now, but someone has deleted a post following my last on here.)

I was sure that Uncle himself was the Global Moderator - or perhaps also Darter and or Bitch, but it occurs to me - surely they've not given Rhodes the GM powers, to protect himself from the shameless bullying he has to endure on here? This is the third time I've posted this!

I doubt Ian would sit back and allow his website to be killed off like that!

yes he has Cliff.
He was one of the unfortunate ones who had investments with Lehman Bros and has lost everything. I think this is the main reason he has severed ties with Hertford as he is too proud to ask for handouts.

Is this true, it's certainly the first I've heard of it.

I note that Maradonna is lining up a visit to England, what's the betting he will pay a visit to Hertingfordbury Park in which case HTFCew will be kicking herself at the lost photo opportunity:
