The stadium is actually being built by the local council as part of a major leisure development (the main tenants will be the RL team). But Leigh RMI have been taken over by a guy called Sullivan (who I think made his money from selling holidays over the internet) - he has changed the name and turned the club full-time in the Unibond Premier next season (at least some of the squad will be full-time).
