Hi all,

 

I'm making one last call for helpers for the Maintenance Weekend on the 28th and 29th June. As previously mentioned the weekend will mainly consist of painting and general clearing of rubbish. Refreshments will be provided. PM me if you can make it. For those already volunteering, thank you very much. All the best.

Mark, Lorraine is in York at this very moment getting fighting equipment for the war against the greenary. I have a bag of 10 pairs of gloves that I am bringing with me.

 

Any merit in people bringing a bit of extra food with them to share amongst the workers ?, Big bag of crisps, bottles of pop, biscuits etc ?.

Keith I don't share my sweets with no man.

 

We have crates of soft drinks being supplied plus sandwiches.

 

Make sure you and Lorraine get your jabs done before going behind the stand. I hear there could be a pair of HJA's y-fronts still living in there. Perish the thought.

I thought that they would have been Simpsons ones to match the socks.

 

A couple of people on MyFC have said that they are willing to paypal cash over so that the volunteers at the ground can some beers in. Nice gesture.

That's right Keith. 10 am till 5 pm both days.

 

Forthose that have offered their services all equipment ie brushes will be supplied. However, if you can bring any general gardening equipment like rakes, cutters, strimmers et al then it would be appreciated.
