does anyone at the club have any first hand knowledge about the type of player needed to compete in top half of div1?

 

I think the management are all ex ryman and they misjudged it badly last season at CCL prem level,they could do with someone with recent div 1 experience to help out...

why are you not on the inside of this club. some of what you

say is sound. but you continue to pick away outside of the club.

where im sure, what ever you say, they see you as knocking the club.

roland the club is entitled to choose who it wants to help it. there used to be a fans forum on the dorking website but I and others were banned from it and then it was shut down.

 

Most of the questions I ask arent designed to be critical but can be awkward for the club to answer.

 

For example my post above, about getting someone with recent div 1 coaching experience at Saturdays trials.

Now the club may have such a coach on hand, or it might be something they hadn't thought of.

 

Last year the manager though he had a promotion squad, and we finished bottom.

 

The club via bjr on here or on their own website could state what they have done this year to avoid the mistakes that were made this time last year.

 

For example, second half of last season, when the club was clearly going to be relegated, did the club have someone scouting div 1 games and players?
