The Blues came away from The New Windmill with a 1-1 draw and faced the Midlanders again at Hartsdown on the following Tuesday evening. Leamington deservedly won the replay by a goal to nil, and went through to the next round. And there the story for Margate ended

The fact that most of us appreciated their win compared to our performance on the day(if I recall correctly)must have contributed in some way to getting this award.

Wellsie told me about this award a few weeks back and I confirmed with MISA at a meeting that we would frame it and put it up in the clubhouse.
