League ratified this week?

I see the Conference AGM was last night, and they decided to go without Halifax/Boston, but this will be appealed by both clubs this Wednesday.

So with the British Gas AGM this Saturday will we find out 100% what league we will be in? I'm guessing so as I think i'm right in saying the league cup draw is made at the AGM?

Or Monday

Quote:

A further meeting of the FA's Leagues Committee has been called for Monday 9 June to discuss the ramifications of outstanding issues revolving around Football Conference clubs Boston United, Halifax Town, and Nuneaton Borough. It is inevitable that there will be some further changes to the League's Constitution for next Season and these will appear here as soon as possible but after those clubs involved have been informed.

Today's the day then, Halifax are having their appeal heard today at FA HQ.

Fans of Hucknall, Borehamwood and Altrincham will have their fingers crossed as well as us I assume?

Although if they should succeed I wouldn't feel too aggreived because we have been lucky to recieve the reprieve in the first place.

This is only expulsion from the Conference, so levels one and two. Theoretically, they could still enter at level three (Unibond Prem), but given the time that has passed since the FA's decision on league placings, they might struggle.

Once our AGM is out of the way on Saturday then we can start planning properly for next season, regardless of what happens elsewhere.

Are we still awaiting this meeting with the council members and legal teams?. I would have thought that someone from the club would have been in touch with the council to arrange a meeting considering the council have had the neccessary paperwork for almost a month.

Also, is the lock-out on the new ground still in force?
