My heart rate has finally dropped below 100, what a fantastic performance by the lads. Everyone was a complete hero and the team were brilliantly managed by Andy and Phil. In hindsight, the result was even better than the Bedford game last year, as last year the whole world wanted us to win and pip C****y; this season, the referees and the league have had it in for us.

Truly a win against all the odds.

How did the lino miss the elbow Skins got in his chops ?? – He was only 10 yards away!! But that sums up the [****!!****], bent, corrupt officials we have had all season.

Also I’m quite please Leigh stayed up. Crap ground, crap team, crap support. With attendances averaging around 400 they must be almost bankrupt. With only one down next year my money is on them, as I expect both Aldershot and Accrington to do well next year, given their finances.

Can’t wait for next season

I dont believe one down has been confirmed as yet, and I wonder whether that will be agreed or whether the feeder leagues will push for 3 down to remain and some way of promoting 2 extra teams?? (or perhaps 2 down with 1 extra team promoted through some form of play off betwen 2nd placed teams in the feeder leagues??)

I think that you will find next season will be the same as this season....... if Stevenage are in the bottom three then its one down but as soon as they get clear of the relegation zone it will revert to three down.
