Bridgie away was one of my favourite trips of last season. I would expect us to be upper middle table next season although a lot depends on the type of qualiy we can bring in (obviously). Bridgewater would be expecting to be in the play-offs as a minimum but I wonder if teams have one season on one off.

If we are hanging around the bottom two next season, I will buy a hat and then eat it.

We know a lot more about this league now, have a manager with good local links and experience at this level, and off the pitch, stability and the hope of a new ground still to come.

There's no reason why, with some good signings here and there (and I am confident we will), we can't be pushing towards upper mid-table and the top 5. As Steve Easterbrook has previously said, "I never want to start a season without the belief that we can win promotion".

It would just be nice to get into double figures in terms of the win column, after what we have got the last few seasons!! It would be nice to win more often this season and push for the top half, but as Marcus says, outside the bottom 5 would be good.
