He got the sympathy vote as a loser from the previous year. The British public never cease to amaze me with who they vote to win these type of shows. Of the eight finalists he had the least talent and I must be a bit of a divv myself for letting it wind me up so much.

Yep, they were superb (and their violin playing wasn't too bad either). Gin the dog was a better dancer than that George kid. Ooohh I'm so angry about it!

You see that kind of dancing most places these days. Can't see what was special about him. As someone mentioned he obviously got the sympathy vote.

The violinists were the best in my view, but I did think at the time that they weren't actually playing those fiddles & on reading one of the daily papers yesterday that was confirmed. Well,using a backing track anyway.

They freely admit to that but insist they were actually playing the things too.

What CAN be said for the winner is that no way could he be accused of not dancing for real.I just can't see him doing his stuff for 2 hours on stage,can you.He'd be knackered after 10 minutes.

Those fiddlers will end up being more famous than he & get more work too so justice will be seen to be done eventually.
