I think he had real potential, but appreciate that others among you thought otherwise.

I'm just hoping that post the meeting everyone is at tonight, there is some good news,as must admit to being a bit deflated at the news of having lost both eastwood and josephs in the last 12 hours

The wage bill as we no was larger than alot of other clubs in the Ryman so with the likes of Jay , Macca , JJ , Howarth ? , and others this must have dropped dramatically hopefully allowing BA to cash in on 2-3 desent players but having to pay them a wage worth coming here for . But with the likes of Eastwood and Ricardo maybe he asked them do you want to be a part of the set up , this is how its going to be and the answer was no , well so you go then , good potential but obviously not commited to the cause and at least BA knows where he stands with players . BA has already stated he only wants players at MFC that are commited and want to play football for him , not just here to pick up some easy money . I think it will be hard to fill Jay and JJ`s boots though will be missed by us all at MFC , anyway here`s to the future of the GATE and Up the Gate .

I now agree with the way the club are doing this.
I firmly believe that there should be someone 'managing the manager'.

Maybe i would have looked at a full time manager and shaved a bit of the money elsewhere;but overall i do think the investment in the management side is the right way to go.

Wouldnt the most effective way ahead have been to employ an experienced part time manager like other successful Ryman clubs have done.

The new set up has a completely inexperienced manager and a Director of Football with no knowledge of what his job entails.

As the club is hard up for money it would have be less expensive and the manager would have suitable player contacts.
