Triggs, you ARE gossiping again. Remember even if (and take note of the word if) gossip turns out to be true, it is still gossip.

 

Of course Reg cares who manages the team, you really should refrain form personalising your comments. It's a labour of love for Reg, financially it makes no sense for him to run the Manor like he does. There is no money in it for him, and in fact it costs him money personally, as well as grief he gets at home at the amount of his spare time it uses up, but he enjoys it and we all need something in our life we can be passionate about.

 

How many clubs at this level and below would fold if it wasn't for the Regs of this world (and Alex as someone mentioned)?
