Didn't think you were Busta, no worries!

Besides, AFF's got all the knocking sewn up. He's a regular knocking shop... blush

I was responding to KShep when he thought that Charlie Hearn being on the parade was an indication that he may be signed for next season.

I pointed out that Chukki was also on the parade and has not been retained.

A few seconds later I realised that Chukki was a contracted player whilst Charlie was on loan and the loan had probably expired, making KShep's observation a valid one and mine less pertinent. That is why I deleted the post.

Oh, and I mis-spelled foolish in my edit reason.

It was not a good start to the morning

I think he has. He wasn't as closely involved as Hearn in the build-up to Wembley, the actual day and the parade. I can't see Brentford letting him go as he was a touch of class, and I assume he'd have more attractive options than us should they let him go.

I can't see Darius being in Andy Scott's plans at Brentford this coming season.

DC is a useful talent, but has failed to break into the team long term, after being here for 3 seasons.

He is largely seen as a cover left back at the moment, and with a recent signing (Sam Wood-Bromley), he is 3rd in the queue for LB, I would have thought.

Would be an even more important signing if Jack doesn't sign a new deal. Not sure why Jack wouldn't though, I thought he had a superlative season, anywhere across the back 4, and was Liam's Mr Dependable at times when Sacha was suspended, or Macca, Ricketts or Smudger were injured.

He may feel that Wembley was his peak, and may not want to keep to such high fitness levels as ages slows down the legs (and recovery times from games).

Woould be a real shame to see him go, fingers crossed he can agree a new deal.
