...yes I agree Busta. I am sure the accounts etc as well as the flow of important information will improve as things bed-in.

All new organsiations take time to gel. If say after 12 months matters are not improve then the members have every right to demand change. I for one will be asking questions but for now I am happy with the slow improvement in hearing how things are.

I certainly have got more inside knowledge of club matters than in the last 43 years as a supporter/season ticket holder. That I like and I hope and expect that level of knowledge to improve in the coming year.

I certainly do not expect members rights for free. But if EUFC accounts are posted where I can see tham I will look at them because, as I said, in current climate any fan/supporter will be interested in the accounts of their club. I would very definitely not expect to see MYFC accounts - as I am not a member they are nothing to do with me.

The comments I made on the accounts were merely observations for discussion/clarification - they were not intended to knock MYFC. Indeed, they are more to do with EUFC than MYFC as they refer to the EUFC accounts.

Shareholders in any company get a full set of annual accounts. I note that the statement said that audited accounts will be available in September. As a member of MYFC ('shareholder') you should expect to receive full accounts then. If, again, you only get partial accounts will you be happy with that?

..no not really Santa but I think that the decision was right even if the process was wrong.

Glad you are not after a freebie Mr Mushroom and no as I said if we don't see what we are entitled to see I will be complaining.

I just know as I said earlier that as a supporter I have seen more info in the last 3 months than in the last 43 years. The reason being I along with thousands of others have paid our

That was my point. Nobody liked the secrecy (although I recognise the need for confidentiality to some extent) and lack of information from the board on the change including it looks like yourself but you are now in a similar position to the then directors (in principle anyway) and you want to deny similar (less sesnitive ?) information to the non-MyFC fans of EUFC.....I thought MyFC wanted to be open and different.

Information is thought by some to be power......generally the insecure.

A thought, not a specific reference to your good self.

thats probably the most arrogant post ever made on here....these people are ebbs supporters/fans and have no obligation to join anything...a supporters/fans responsibility is to support his/her club and by doing so help it financially....thats it...

if they choose not to supplement the life style of self appointed chosen ones thats their perogative...

and yes I did copy all of the financials made available...there was nothing else...

Unc, I'm glad you put the financials up here - as you know, I did try to do it through "official" MyFC routes but was told "the accountants say no". To be fair to the Chair of the MyFC Board, he said he couldn't see any reason why not. However, this sort of over-cautious approach to information-sharing is tedious. I take the point about MyFC members having paid their membership fee etc - but perhaps there could have been a 24-hour delay so that MyFC members saw them first and THEN a general release?

"Ebbsfleet United has never needed to release their accounts as they are not a PLC. Besides, me knowing about the club's debts won't change anything, since any money I can afford to give is finite."

True, but as a limited company they are required to file accounts (either full or abbreviated) within 10 months of the end of their financial year. The accounts can then be downloaded from Companies House for
