Very interesting.

 

Glad he is a 'holding midfield' player-we've not really had anyone in that role since Leberl (Standen ocasionally ).Should all help protect the defence.

 

A bit surprised about his statements about coaching the reserves/U18's etc.

Afterall the fantastic work he has done in two short seasons with the reserves , i do hope that Weatherley is still at forefront of things for reserves and not taken a sideways move

Mark said at the meeting, that he would be having the reserves back in, in about a week or two. Concentraing on individuals week points as opposed to their strong. This in itself is a great move for these lads.

Plus if Paul, Barry, Neville or all, are there, they will have a great input into this pre-season process. Especially with the wealth of league expierence these four all have. They can give to these lads (including a few that will be making the step up to Ryman Premier at the start of the season) a great boost and a wealth of knowledge that everyone associated to Margate FC will benifit from.

 

Top men MARK WEATHERLY (and Steve Moore) for all that they achieved so far with these lads and the passion, they have, to take them all the way to the top.

Appreciating that work may get in the way;but was wondering whether similar to last Tuesday-wjhether Wellsie would be conducting post meeting interviews with the likes of Kp and gary Lever,and possibly the director of football if unveiled
