............ did everyone do this cr@ppy bank-holiday weekend ?

 

My highlights were going to see a fantastic band at our local club Saturday evening and watching Lewis Hamilton win Monaco after hitting one of the barriers near the start on Sunday afternoon !

You were lucky, daughter had 7 of her mates for a belated birthday sleepover saturday night. My boy had to have a friend to stay too or he would have annoyed the girls. The girlfriend made herself scarse at the prospect as her youngest had done the same the previous weekend.

8 hormonal 14 year old girls and 2 silly 10 year old boys, and me.

 

8 pizzas and 4 garlic bread Saturday evening, 2 loaves of bread and 3 packets of bacon Sunday morning. Glad to get back to work for a rest.

Became an honourary northerner yesterday and went to Dale vs County at Wembley. Kept up my tradition of always being in the losing end. Great game though and deserved win for Stockport. Terrific atmosphere even though 'only' 35000 in attendance (which for 2 Manchester based Div 4 clubs is excellent really).
