Anyway mini goose i am running out of banter , so has your team made many changes from last season? and have you lost any players to teams higher up? and will there be any money available to bring other players in? looking at the other clubs it seems money is tight all round BF

Dear me, how the banter has changed since we had forum vists from some passionate supporters who could articulate more than posting their club colours followed by the inference that they are an army (don't make me laugh - my sides can only take so much). Still, we should be grateful that they took the effort to spell "yellow" correctly...They must've had all season to pratice that one!!!

 

If there was an ounce of passion on Canvey, the banter would light up our forum as per the following example (with some choice insults thrown in for good measure).

 

Apologies to those Chelmo supporters who are respresented on the following link. I am not digging up old wounds, just using this as an example as to what happens when you get two sets of "passionate" supporters who do care (PS - in retrospect, good luck in the BSS - reading the link below, I'm going to miss the banter - and upon reflection, I found it amusing to look back).

Yes we were higher. We then dropped below them and now level again. We mosthave had more promotions in the last 7 or so years than any other club surely.

MG - Gazza NEEDS visits from people like you to get his "fix". Many times last season I personally filled that role, but I anticipate that my visits will be less frequent this year (now that our respective teams play in different leagues).

Treat Gazza with repect (which he deserves MOST of the time), and he will treat you the same.

Mini Goose, i know your sincere,i beleive you have a good rapport with the Brentwood Town lads, so anytime you want to come on the thread for a chat insult or other i don't mind, and that includes The great eckscape,yellow or mob, when we play you at your place have you any roads built yet? or will it be the Boat?

Hello mini Goose, Gazza has done many good things for our club in the background ,so i can't knock him for that, he like me and others on here, like a good banter, or a decent chat ,but one thing about the riccay its a family club and we are all part of the big family, i am sure you have the same thing at canvey. so mini Goose don't take it to heart, i am sure at times, i get on peoples nerves on here and likewise i don't always agree with whats said on here, but at the end of the day we all remain friends on here and at the club.BF
