I have been known to have a hack around on the Foreland short course and really enjoy a round on the 9 hole course behind the driving range on Haine Road (a couple of good 400+yard holes on there). Not sure if my shoulder injury would hold up to it at the moment though (maybe I should have listened to the doctors pysiotherapy advice!)
