What position is the Club in now?.

Financially, politically, I don't know. Nor do i care overly at the moment. Hopefully the games played at board room level are now in the past. We have before us a management team / set up to rival that of a decent league club. We are / will be in a position that will make most other non league clubs green with envy.

Margate do not have the budget of a Chelmsford, we have a reserve set up though that they can only dream of.

A question for debate. What percentage of promoted clubs have bought there way to success in the last few seasons, and sustained it?.

Lets put the negativity of the past few weeks behind us and pull together.

MARGATE the Arsenal /Man U of non league. Moving onwards and upwards at last.

I think with the reserves and the quality of the management brought in things can and will only get better . Maybe not the Arsenal/ Man utd of non league football yet but i would like to say in 3yrs time that we could be regarded as a team with a great setup , a club with a massive future and players that have the ambition to take the club to the dizzy heights of where Ebbsfleet are at the mo . Just 1 apperience at Wembley will do each season for starters . If you don`t have dreams IS then what do you have .Up the Gate .

Good to dream. But there will have to be some major changes before any of this becomes remotely likely.
Ramsgate seem to have most of the best local players. And the quality of players based in SE London and North Kent for Margate has not always been high enough.
But why would anybody want to play for us rather than Dartford or bromley if its more local to where they live....Money? But that seems to have run out....The club is in a real mess....
