Car Boot

I've just been clearing out my car boot so I can get my HOLIDAY luggage in there. Surprising what you find............. yards and yards of bubble wrap...............a piece of wedding cake (from back in January)............an unopened pack of floppy discs (damn I just bought some more) ............. a Christmas card I thought I'd posted, umpteen pairs of shoes and loads of books including The Making of the English Landscape; Freud New Introductory Lectures on Psychoanalysis; The Forum Guide to Sexual Problems; Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Now for some serious packing.

My house on Through the Keyhole, now that would be a laugh. I can just hear Lloyd saying "now what sort of person lives here" as he surveys the chaos of animals, books, fabrics, paintings etc. Especially the books!!!!!!! (They're all text books of course).

I think he would start barking on about the good old Oedipus Complex. Ever read his 'Psychology of Dreams' ?

 

Had to study it in college. If ever a man was obsessed with sex, then Freud was that man.

 

I see holidays have been mentioned in these threads, and the location of Sappho was mentioned. Isle of Lesbos ?? God !! That's another big can of worms.
