How can the Margate FC afford to pay for not one big name manager but two in their current financial position?

Secondly would it not be more worth while in having a local manager with large local knowledge than go for the big name who does not have a clue, or are the club going to change their mind on training at Hartsdown and train further up the line to accomadate the needs of the new manager?

Strangely, and my missus can confirm this, when I got to the end of reading this post the words that came out of my mouth were 'f*ck off Rob' (in fact she is laughing now that I have actually typed this).

Let us discuss our house and you can discuss yours with the other two fans on your forum.

Yes, you finished higher than us, yes you made the play-offs, yes you have a manager, yes you are already better prepared for next season than we are. But I could not give a monkeys about your opinions as the two posts of yours this evening have been simply the opinion of one person who finds it hard to keep his nose out of our business, but both posts showing you seeming to know everything about the (sic) Margate FC and running a football club. And while everyone else is being coy about what seems to be the worst kept secret in Kent football you spout off with the names of the (supposed) new managers in yet another post. Many people have heard who it is and it would be quite clear to you as you use this forum more than the Ramsgate one that those people were not naming names as it was a subject for the club to announce. So why have you named them?

 

Excellent. That is the first proper rant that I have had at anyone on this forum. Feels kind of good!

Butler you've had your few weeks of fun but the time is coming to an end. Our manager will be unveiled to us soon and when we play this silly pre-season cup tie we'll whip your arses.

I personnally think that Wardy's put it together because he wants to see if there is a way to stop our new and very fast team.

Don't be fooled if there was a way he could get his hands on these players he would. Problem for both you and him is they're loyal to Margate and will all wear the shirt with Pride and Honour.

Really wish the fixture wasn't being played but there you go. Truth be told I don't think anyone will be able stopm them doing what they all do best and that is playing mouth watering football the sexy way.

Training will be at Hartsdown and this will be obvious to all when those signings are made.

Now you go back and dream whilst we are about to embark on actually living the dream.

You mention on here that Margate are taking on 'not one but two big name managers'.

And on the 'guess who answered the phone' you mention two names which, unless I am reading it wrong, you are suggesting are the two 'big names'.

If I have read this wrong then I could apologise, but I won't as the fact of the matter is you are still poking your nose in where it does not belong.

If that was actually as question. The lack of a ? at the end means it is just a statement. And not a very good one.
Two different Ramsgate fans in one thread. Why can't they get that on their forum? (note the correct formatting of a question)
I am getting the hang of this 'having a go' lark now.
I just wish the Ramsgate fans would just leave us to discuss our club amongst ourselves. But alas there will be more digs and jibes from them before the night is out I fear <insert joke about them being in bed by now due to school tomorrow here>

I do not think wthings will be much different on that front TE.

 

I hope i am wrong-but i cannot see GL continuing to pump money into the football side.

Maybe the odd cash injection from time to time ,but i doubt regular funding

Even if he does-it would be in form of directors loan-and at some time would need paying back .

 

Indeed-there must be quite a substantial amount due back to him now.

Overall though, i believe this current boardroom shuffle is in the best interests of MFC-accepting mine may be rather a short term and thus cowardly view.

and how often-hopefully three times a week pre-season and starting mid Jine -lets get fit and organised this season !!

 

If we have not quite got the quality and experience, can be overcome by superior fitness and organisation and coaching
