New Signing

We have finaly secured the services of the highly rated Ashley Dumas.

 

Ashly has been the target of top Blue sq South and Ryman Prem sides, but after a LOT of negotiation this week Ashley has agreed to join us on a 2 year deal.

He is a young tenatious very quick left sided player who can play full back or midfield.

I hope so sticks, thats the game when they were 2-0 up and lost 4-2 shavey on top form, i can't remember him that day, but i am sure with a decent team around him he will do well.

Good player. Different sort of player to Kerras, more mobile both in defense and attack. I seem to recall from one of the first "from the dug-out" articles that Jason did that he wants pace out wide and strength down the middle, and Dumas definitely fits into that plan.

I believe that the news of this and the hope of three other signings, quite a positive move from our management, wouldn't you think?

Naturally, I am delighted that the management have got one player, and hope to get more, that they believe will benefit the team.

I have no reason to doubt that they will benefit the team and wish the new boy(s) the best of luck for the season.

 

Probably quite a similar opinion to most on here, I would have thought, but its nice to have been singled out - thanks!!
