The EGM tonight decided to throw Neasden out of the league as voted by the clubs 37-4

The CCL management then advised that at a prior meeting (depending on how the clubs voted tonight) that a decision NOT to expunge Neasdens record from the table as the top 4 sides had already played Neaseden twice thus allowing matters to be decided on the pitch.

Neaseden did not even bother to turn up !!!!

I believe this means Hartley Witney finish in 3rd place and get promoted with Westfield finishing in 4th place. Any appeal would have to go to the FA.

you can now go to beb HH a happy man

Oh yeah also 99.9 cert that Reading and Badshot Lea will swop but we new that any way.

I agree HH, they have allowed the decision to be made on the pitch where it should be. No objections from any clubs at the time.

Merstham up and Molesey down, nothing else confirmed but there was a FA meeting yesterday regarding re-organisation, Godalming back to the Ryman which they were not too happy about as they believe its a harder league to get out of !!!

yes, unless other changes further up the pyramid happen and some how save them but as it stand Dorking will be in div 1 next season.

The FA leagues allocation committee has now agree which clubs go where for next season so unless a club goes bust or makes a last minute request to move thats where they'll be.

I think the right decison was made in respect of HW going up however I would think Westfield cannot be too happy about it. They did play Neasden and lost so at the end of the day (OMG cliche) they can't have too many complaints. The Lammas were still due to play Neasden in our last game of the season so it's a good job that we did get our win over Crescent to secure the title otherwise it would have made life very interesting.

Yeah looked at that this morning Lammas, that you still had to play them, may be it was worded slightly differently but I think this was the best solution to a difficult decision.

Very true Lammas, would have made it difficult for them to award you points to win the league.

I thought if Neasden had beaten Westfield at the start of the season with a full side and a club running properly, and then lost to HW towards the end whilst the collapse was happening and they were putting out any eleven on the day that wouldnt be right.

But having consulted the fixture list and results I can see that didnt happen, so on this occasion I will allow the results to stand.

Sorry about that , Westfield.
