Any Rumours On Players??????

Matt Bourne would be an excellent signing for any of the local sides, a young centre half who perhaps did not fit the playing it out from the back style Hess prefers, a good old fashioned centre half.Craig Wilkins has the option to try and earn a deal in pre season, quality performer but dogged by injury. Tanner Ruddy and Walker probably not Premier standard.

Yeah Matt Bourne wouldnt be a bad signing, i think Walker would be good addition to come on and run at teams as for Wilkins i think he would want alot of money and i dont think hes worth it? What about Warren Schulz heard hes out of contract at Ramsgate?

If i was you i would get in now to get Matt Bourne and Craig Wilkins as they are class, Ruddy has returned to USA and Walker will do well with a run in the side. Tanner will never let you down and can play anywhere, think he will end up at Whitstable though.

Have to agree, Bourne would strengthen our defence. If the budget doesn't stretch to signing him then god help us. New manager urgently needed to steer the ship!

The only rumours that any of us have at the moment is that Margate will be going with a supposed very good crop of home grown young local talent. Hopefully in the belief that they'll get better and better season upon season and see us keep advancing up the leagues.

"Mind you none of really know anything accept players that seem to be leaving to supposed greener pastures."

Whoever plays though they'll be getting my full support in what I think could be a very hard season at Hartsdown.

The only reason why I keep coming onto this forum at the moment is for news myself but everyone just seems to know as much as I do or them in the know aren't letting on.

Whilst when in conference national and then in the ashford and dover exile days, we lost alot more rthan we won;somehow, it was more enjoyable.

maybe its just the memory playing tricks on me and i'm denying/forgetting how bad it was;but despite winning more in the last two seasons;there have not been any real playing/on field highs for me.

It got very depressing and predictable knowing that we may win,but we knew we'd concede at least two so it was just a case of if we could score three.

Above all, because we knew we were and should do better, the wins did not really give me a buzz. The consistent underperforming under RT,and his post match droning got me down

Maybe , just maybe, with a differentb team and manager, the highs will be fewer but more intensive, and rewarding. In turn,i have not yet given up on the fact that we may still be mid table quality next season-that would do for me

As a outsider who follows the local clubs forums, the fans concerns re on field matters could be eased by a message from the Board on here along the lines of, we are actively seeking a new manager to take us forward and are convinced when we get the right man we will be challenging next season. You,the fans, deserve better than you are getting at the moment, looking forward to our matches with you next season.
