Margate FC, Piper and Shareholdings - THE TRUTH?

Ancient Blue - Isn't it about time you and others who live locally (and presumably care about the Club) questioned the "majority shareholder" about those 90,000 shares. AB, how would you feel if as a shareholder or supporter, you would denied the opportunity of buying shares in the Club you support because of a possible irregular share transaction? Why don't you ask him for proof of his purchase?

MargateFan - You are probably right!

Ian - Thanks, but no. My reasons are outlined above. This is in addition to those points I raised in my letter which was published by the IOT Gazette a few weeks ago.

Once again you're making the ammunition and expecting other people to do the fighting.
You have all the information about said shares, get off your @rse and get down to the meeting and ask him yourself.

You appear to me to be a rampant self publicist - I would have thought a chance like this to get your name in the papers again would be right up your street. After all, the old adage of 'all publicity is good publicity' seems to fit the bill here in abundance for you.

ENOUGH SAID!

AB makes a valid point JJ to be fair. You do come across that way.

I think maybe when the club were talking about "constructive" questions for Tuesday,JJ was probably uppermost in their minds at the time so him being there to ask his particular questions might end up with him having a fruitless visit anyway.

I personally think JJ should ask his personal questions to KP to get the answers he craves on a more private occasion, just the two of them.Might I suggest JJ that you make an appointment a.s.a.p with KP to sort out your gripe him.I'm sure he will be more than than happy to oblige & maybe then your mind will rest easier.

Now if its to ask questions other than the share issues I would urge JJ & all others to make the time to get there & put their questions to the board.

After all we've(most)have been crying out for information & this is a perfect opportunity to get some, one on one & straight from the horses mouth. We need to fill that clubhouse up with supporters on Tuesday night.

My only hope is that we get honest answers & "real" timescales for advancement of the stadium.

AB - This issue isn't about me, it's about you and other fair-minded supporters and shareholders being given correct information about the affairs of MFC and it's "majority shareholder". The share information is in the public domain, so AB, why don't you ask on behalf of other supporters and shareholders? As far as I'm concerned, Mr Piper is not entitled to 90,000 shares. Effectively, that's money that should have gone into the Club or be sold to others at

This gets more and more BORING.

JJ give up and do your own dirty work.

PS you are now on ignore so that I do not have to read your diatrides anymore.

You are even worse than that vice-chairman of RFSA sometimes.

But thats NOT to his face JJ. People are right, you have to take this up with Keith himself if you want satisfactory answers. We can't tell you what you want to hear.

Cant argue with that & hopefully we can get some more solid news on Tuesday on this but thats not the gist of this thread is it? Thats another thing altogether & something that DOES need addressing I must admit.Enough from me on this now.

Joseba

For some reason you're quite happy to put up with the status quo.

Have you ever considered why there's no sponsor or why we can't attract experienced players?

You along with certain other supporters need to remove your rose-tinted spectacles.

Just lock yourself in a cupboard in that Ivory Tower of yours JJ and throw the key out of the window. You're becoming a bore now. Same old weeping and wailing tail of woe! Or put on your super hero suit and come down and confront your demon in person and get it out of your system . . . PLEASE!

How do you know if I am happy with the present status quo. I have not made my fellings public but, have accepted the best solution at this time for MFC.

No sponsors probally because of you. No Players probally because of you.

Who wants to join with a boring moaning nobody like you at it at every oppertunity.

As I said get a life accept defeat graceousily and pull together to get MFC back to where it belongs.

I have better things to do than confront the majority shareholder of Margate FC.

Perhaps we can discuss matters at an away game in the London area at some future point.

Joseba:

You are entitled to your opinion.
