Well a great day for relaxing not for playing footie but it was a good day none the less. I would like to say thanks for all the guys who turned up to play on a day when there were plenty of other things you could have been doing.

 

Like to say thanks to Hornchurch for their great hospitality especially Jenny and Uncle. Good to see Asa and thank God he never scored! Contrary to what I have heard on this forum and from individuals mouths the Cowleys and in particular Danny were extremely nice people.

 

Trenks thanks for the invite to manager alongside you but the sight of your breast in the showers will haunt me forever! By the way your goal was s**t!

 

MCP thanks for showing me the way to the ground.... Should have stayed for a beer you ugly kent!

 

Jels good to chat to you mate....hope your search for another 5 clubs next season is successful! I was impressed you only shanked 2 crosses!

nice to meet a few people although I missed you jenks but we'll meet again I am sure....manor 9 turned out to be a really nice chap (a hungry one as well)and not at all like his raging fury image of the forums...nice family as well anton...MCP you really should have come say hello mate but in any event I trust you enjoyed the afternoon...

 

was a poor choice of day I suppose but its difficult to arrange these things with all thats going on but we'll sure do it again each year if you guys are up for it....we'll make it an essex all star eleven next season to allow for players moving into the ryman leagues...shame also about the function in the clubhouse but I think we managed okay outside and everyone was fed and watered ...hope so anyway...

 

thanks to you all for the effort in turning up and helping/playing eating/drinking/trophy presenting/barracking kasey/ ...jen and I appreciated it and you have to admit the burgers were fckn superb...

I was going to stay for a beer but i seriously couldn't be bothered waiting for you lot after the game and i was a bit disapointed there weren't any other ESL fans there

Uncs it was a great day and i particuly enjoyed Westies barracking of kaiser everytime he touched the ball, especially when it caused him to kick the ball straight off the pitch
