I met a bloke in there on Sunday who I have known since we were about four years old. Apparently lives five doors up from the Central now.

I spoke to Will Brooks last night and he has asked me to speak to Roly to confirm that the Charlton friendly is to be held on the 12th July - if it is, we can have the social/family day on the Sunday (13th). I hope it'll be a great day for Fleet Trust and MyFC together. x

Iv'e just got back today, so no access to the forum till now.

needless to say one of the best days of my life and the greatest day ever following the Fleet, I sat next to a guy who is a Chelsea season ticket holder and because he followed us when he was younger, and his father(sadly no longer with us)was a stalwart supporter he felt he had to attend.

He enjoyed the experience, and didn't mind me pointing out the fact that he would never feel the way I and other long serving supporters were feeling, the passion and overwhelming pride that at last we had acheived something on a larger scale than ever before in the clubs history.

As a supporter of the Scumchesters and Chelseas' of this world he said that when success comes their way way they feel almost blase about it.

Jacko sat three rows down from me, and I shouted myself hoarse days like this make all the unquestioned support over 45 years worthwhile, thank you Liam,Alan, all of the players etc. you have made an old man very happy.
