Maybe not just the blue side of Thanet concerned

Interesing triple signing by Dover.

Still at least ramsgate have a manager to restore the equilibrium, and having got a replacement centre half from Whitsabbuble are on their way already.(plus creates the space for a few more Margate players to go red aswell i fear.

(With Wilkerson going, i really fear SCS will be the first to move over .(we were mad to transfer list him-quality keeper-not a great season in front of a rubbish defence and useless manager, but you don't lose your quality in one season-whoever signs him will in time pick up a decent fee from a league club-i still rate scs)

Yeah 2-1 up till the last 4 1/2 minutes. Lets just say we lost the game with 4 1/2 minutes to go. Gutted just gutted. Still the goal difference in our league doesn't lie.

Birchington USC's keeper is Chris Howard. Played through Margate youth and Kent Schoolboys in his mid 20's now so I suspect his days of getting noticed have gone.

Birch is BIRCHINGTON USC runners up in prem league . Jake Eastwood and Alan Heath both play there , very good side with a great manager and good mate of mine Dennis Harper , maybe he could manage MFC as we have no one else at the mo . He probably knows as much about local talent if not more than Wardy does . Up the Gate .

And many people praised my performance in the cup final and on many different occasions. In the case of Chris at Birchington USC. It was a case that Kinnear wasn't interested in the youth footballers of that time and the reserves was abolished. Chris was heald in high regard with Wevs and Co at that time but now due to work and family commitments could not commit to anything other than Sunday football. What i'm saying is that there hasn't been up untill now, anybody interested or scouting for local talent. SCS was obviously recognised by the right people at the right time. Thats the only difference. Chris had the right training with former Nottingham Forest keeper Lee Smelt but the oportunities were not there for him at that time. These days with generation sports, a good youth set up, a reserves and the likes of Neville Southall on board, i'm sure he would be playing at least Ryman football. Now though family and work commitments mean that any chance of him getting involved again have gone.
