ha ha, this is one of those timing things

Would you like to serve on a board of directors where 1 of them tells everyone outside the confidentiallity of the board room what is going on. I for one would not.

 

As much as it distresses me to say it but what goes on in a boardroom should remain in the confines of a boardroom.

 

I never like the idea of supporters/employees directorships.

 

Those that manage should manage without any constaints.

With respect, all I have asked in the two posts (well I think that all I have asked) is for some knowledge as to the structure of the post.

 

In all such bodies, as you quite rightly indicate, there must be collective responsibility and with that in mind I wondered what a "Supporters Representative" on a Board of Directors was, how it was created etc.
