I am not sure whether Malcolm or Terry read this forum so unfortunately asking any questions on here will probably be fruitless. However, if someone were to arrange a meeting with them and either print out a lot of the things from here that suggest supporters faith in the club has finally gone and show it to them, or sit them down in front of a computer and take them through all the posts. Perhaps then they would get a chance to see the true feeling running through here and then know that they are in danger of the fan base imploding.

Having siad that, at the EGM it is quite obvious that the majority shareholders, the Piper family and Lever, will forward a motion to sack the remaining board and even if no-one else votes for it it will be passed as they own over 50% of the club (I am assuming that they own over 50% from other things that have been said). SO maybe the better option would be to print the stuff and take it to Piper and Lever as they will be the leaders after the EGM.

Or how about an article to the local paper highlighting the key points of frustration, even quoting some posts, as that would be a very high profile way to let the club know how everyone feels.

I have posted this on another thread but no-one has picked it up yet, re the Supporters' Rep on the board.

Surely if the supporters want to ask questions that is the person through whom these questions should be funnelled. Now I am not sure what the deal is with regard to this representative - was the position put on the board as opposed to the individual and if that is so why, with the individual having decided not to stay on, has no-one else been appointed in his place? Or was it just that the board invited an indiviual on as the supporters' representative?

Seems to me very little point in having MISA if they don't have some sort of say in such an appointment

Can anyone please tell me?

Maybe as I said previously Alan Bonner was on there purely to even up the sides. Maybe now that the "three" have got their way & Piper has resigned,he is now surplus to requirements as his role was purely to strengthen the one side against Piper. Now obviously that is a pure guess on my part but it does seem co-incidental that once Piper resigned so did Alan Bonner.

Was he there for OUR benefit?. Who knows!...except he & those involved.

Having said that, I heard that Alan stepped down anyway & wasn't pushed & it was for a reason other than that of the shenanagins going on in the boardroom. His reasons for stepping down?. Only he can answer that & I wasn't told them.

I feel we SHOULD have someone in there to pass onto the rest of us information & news as & when it happens,or even if it ISN'T happening for that matter & on a more regular basis than it has been in the past.Someone with access to their computer & the official site.Surely it only means a visit every other day to the club or a quick phone call to those in the know to get satisfaction for the rest of us..

I would be up for that up,but that alone might I stress, however,if anyone out there objects or would be willing to take this on,subject to approval by both the other supporters & those running the club be my guest. But we need SOMEONE who can supply the rest of us with something, occasionally or as it happens.

Unfortunately my knowledge of computers is minimal so I am at a disadvantage but really how hard can it be just to type up a few words.

Theres nothing I detest more than getting NO NEWS whatsoever.

Something on these lines would be a reasonable request to make,I would have thought & it would free those that "never get the time anyway" or "can't be bothered" to update us,to get on with other major parts of running the football club.

They do know.

The problem is that there is nothing to say until all the legal stuff has been sorted. Do you really want all the dirty laundry washed in public.

Once everthing has been finalised, then you will have someone in control, once that is done then no doubt annoucements will follow

There are a group of people who are willing to invest providing that MFC is no longer controlled by Piper but this cant commence until it is all sorted

Frustrating it is, as nothing can be sorted with regards to sponsors, players etc until it is sorted at board level

There is ALWAYS something that can be said Pagey. Even if its merely what you have just mentioned.

That coming from an "official" source & being on the "official" page would satisfy me,at least, for the time being anyway(no disrespects to you when saying that).

Its getting "nothing whatsoever" that pisses me off & I think a lot of others too..

Wilkerson, Shulz, Hill and Jones all on their way from Southwood now. Lets just hope we get moving on trialling the local talent before the Wards nick the cream of what is left.

Sorry, but I was not accusing anyone of dirty laundry etc., merely asking what was the purpose and the structure of the Supporters' Rep on the Board. Sounds a reasonable enough question to me.
