Firstly I would like to wish both Darren and Kerras all the best,

both are nice lads and have great families, good luck and thank you.

Looking at the list it may be that only Macca will remain from this years back line, so a bit of a shake up there.

After a good showing at Horsham its great chance for Neil to make that right side his own, although I suspect he will have some stiff competition.

Yeah, surprised to see Danny going. Good luck to him and the other departees.

I assume Yeovil didn't fancy Billy after his trial?

Good to see Joe Flack staying. I'd like to see how many he can score in a whole season (if he can stay fit).

Wish Darren and Kerrers all the best.

Given that our goals against column was quite poor compared to the previous season, I suppose it's no real surprise that this is the area that will change the most.

Shame about Bradley, but I think Flackie can more than make up for that.

Seems quite a bit of space to be filled in the squad now, so it'll be interesting to see who Jason & Grant bring in.

No mention of Michael Black or Wayne Semanshia. What's happened to them please?

Come on you blues!!!

Many thanks to Danny and Darren. Good players that have served the club well.

I am not surprised at Danny going but I wish that he wasn't. IMO he is one of the best left backs in the league.

As for Darren...a character that since his injury earlier in the season, didn't get into his stride when he came back.

Players come and go and now Jason and Grant have a chance to bring in a defense that hopefully will be as tight as a ducks [****!!****] to support the work our strikers will put in next season.

Good luck to both Darren Blewitt, Danny Kerrigan & Thanks for everything.

One or two others i fully expected to see go but they have been retained to FIGHT another day. Tis a strange old game this football lark.

Fingers crossed that the Hodge stays with us.... & looking forward to seeing Joe Flack back on the Pitch next season.

BRING IT ON

Both Darren & Kerras could only play in one position which put a strain on the team, our loan players, Collins, Tj and Michael were all to cover left sided positions, and as jl has pointed out, our defensive record needed addressing. There are some quality players heading our way, We'll be strong next season.

No real surprises there for me, defensively we were pretty disappointing last season (macca apart). There are a number of players that can consider themselves fortunate to have been invited back, and in my opinion they will need to up their game considerably in pre-season if they are to make it to the starting line in August...

Would agree with the general feelings about releasing Blewitt & Kerrigan. Blewitt had a massive loss of form on his return from injury and although Kerras is an excellent defender his distribution and attacking play was not great. Good luck to both of them in their future careers.

Really looking forward to seeing the quality players heading our way. Hope they give the retained players the much needed boost they need.
