One aspect of the resignations that has not been mentioned is the 'third resigner' supporters representative Alan Bonner, who was only elected onto the board in the past few weeks.

 

With the Club being a very bad communicator to the supporters I thought the appointment of a 'Supporters Representative' to the Board (albeit in a reduced capacity) would give us both a voice and an insight of Board meetings.

 

Why has he resigned after such a short period? Am I the only one that feels let down by this?

Yes, that seemed odd to me, Alan's resignation. I would have thought that as he was the Supporters' Representative it was more the position that was created than the individual appointment. Perhaps he was a co-opted person on the Board as opposed to a Director as such.

 

Maybe, therefore, although he has resigned the position is still available so another representative can be appointed?

 

Not that there would be a lot of people to talk to at present!
