emfc13 whats your problem with barkingside ???

We had no budget and thats fact. John has resigned but that still means no budget.

Weather i carry on next season we will have to wait and see but there was two managers at barkingside me and Tony Fenn so he has as much reason to be applauded or critisised as me.

Hard to decide on this one.

Scopesy fantastic achievement to do the double, just missing out on the treble and a FA Vase Quarter Final.

Cant deny that whatever the budget, you have to make it happen, and he certainly did. So well done that man.

Kris Taylor has done wonders with no budget, or little budget, or whatever. Top bloke, and im pleased for him. Hi Bboy! *waves*

Unfortunately, I will have to give it to Scopesy though, just on his achievements.

I love you Scopesy, can I have a game next season? grin

Southend Manor finished 6th with Zero budget....yet another good season from Steve and Russell.

At one stage, 9 first team regulars were injured so with no budget or reserve side they had to feature 6 youth lads for a few games!

The lads had a Fantastic end to the campaign, 8 wins from the last 10 league games. Semi Finalists in the Brasted and Quarter Finalists in the League Cup!

Southend Manor also recorded the best defensive record outside of the top 3!

Great wins away to Barking and Concord and a draw at home to Enfield! Also they chalked up a win v a strong Redbridge side. They were also Unlucky to bow out in two cups v Waltham Forest and Canvey Island on pens in both games!

Im sure they will have to re-build again next year as this is sadly the story with Manor but they will always compete and give 100%.

For Manager of the year, after the Vase heroics and Double you could`nt go further than Scopesey at Concord.

Graham Chester done well although I understand he had a fair budget behind him! Clapton also had a good season before falling away late February time, to be fair they lost a few decent players along the way! Barkingside also massivley over-acheieved!

Barkingside massively over-achieved?????!!!!!!!!!!! R u out of your tiny mind!!!!!! We have been up there for the past 4 seasons now, do u actually ever look at the results???!!!

Also once again as bboy says, 100% no budget at our place. If there had of been any spare cash i can assure u it wouldn't have got past me from my Daddy's hand smile

Also congrats Concord to all involved over there ands a massive well done to Tony Fenn and Kris as well as all my boys that played bisou cheerleader

Pipe down love... doah

Sureley with the budgets involved this season....Concord, Enfield, Barking, Eton Manor, Bowers, Burnham etc... then B`side challenging until the last week of the season is a massive OVER-Acheivement, I would think so! evil

If you calm your worried little self down, you would realise that the comment of OVER-Acheivement is actually a compliment. A side with "No Budget" (As confirmed on here) should not be realistically challenging for the title, however Barkingside did. Now do you see how my "Tiny little mind" works! doh doh doh
