Pah! There I was having found an Irish bar showing Sky Sports in Prague and saw the 1-0 'victory' over Farnborough. Quickly totted up the points, did a little jig of joy around the table, and then deigned to leave the bar at the behest of the missus to 'go shopping'.

 

Drank myself into a minor stupour in the evening, then bought a paper the next day and couldn't bleedin' believe it. 1-1! In fact, I refused to believe it until I got back here and read the messageboard. Now I need to invest in some industrial-strength underpants for Saturday. Bring on the Halifax!!

Surprised you haven't divorced the "misses" by now, Stu M - what with first booking you a trip away at such a vital time, and then dragging you off shopping before the final score had been confirmed - still, I suppose it did give you a good excuse for a heavy drinking session that night, if you needed one !!
