chill urchins and leave these good folk to their own internal discussions...plenty of other threads on here to banter on...I always stay off other clubs political threads as its the best way (unless it involves communist takeovers of clubs by zillions of people or MyFc)

There are one or two on here who will not tolerate anyone's opinion other than their own, good Essex people. They tend to bully the more sensitive people, methinks that this time one may have bitten off more than he can chew, taking you two on.

I must start by stating I know absolutely nothing.

 

Having made that clear, it my experience in management and the university of life that even well founded predictions are not always fulfilled to the expected timetable.

 

Perhaps more time is needed during this sensitive period,so as they say don't shoot the messenger.

No,it most definately wasn't a rumour Tony but I felt extremely let down,(livid to be precise)yesterday that no promise was kept so I not only e.mailed the club (twice)yesterday,I also went to see KP himself to ask why he had let me down & in turn I had let everyone else down.
No-one was at the ground & Vicky has been away until today I'm told, so there wouldn't have been anyone there to put out a statement anyway.
I left a message for KP to contact me as I was furious. This he did & he said that everything HAD been sorted out but since the time that he ASSURED me of good news things then took a backward step AGAIN over the week-end as far as the boardroom is concerned.
Someone apparently didn't keep their part of the agreement & therefore we find ourselves back to the "in limbo land" with both sides still at loggerheads with each other.
It was intended to give us all a lift & I hope that was the case albeit it briefly.
I apologise profusely that I let you all down. But believe me I feel extremely let down too.
I was also told a few other things yesterday but I dare not mention them in case they turn out to be different on another occasion also to what they are now.I'm not going to be made to look a fool twice in one week.(I know,I know some out there might say I have done that already on a few occasions before so why change a habit of a lifetime)
In future if I get ANY news I will keep it to myself & just wait,as we always do for something to come out.
No doubt,as before,any news we get will come via the local paper rather than on the official site & we all know that that is the WRONG way to get news out to us supporters & the wrong way to be treating us.Seems nothings changing as far as that goes either.
I am not a happy bunny today I can assure you & am deeply embarrassed at being let down on this one.
