Given that in opposition, Labour passed the plans through the Scrutiny Committee without hitch, you would hope so

It is a Labour election pledge to help the football club and so whatever the overall results the club should receive full backing. The club did work very hard to ensure it was an all party agreement to try and avoid any political points scoring in the event of any changes to the make up of the council.

Well done Roger. Here's hoping the Arbour Vale plans continue to run smoothly under the new council. Slough has bucked the national trend by being gained by Labour.

Roger wins with 1010 votes and only a 13% turnout (seems very low) or was it Roger put them all to sleep with his canvasing noted that he almost got twice as much as the others put together - excellent work.

 

Kevin did less well, but well done for having the balls to stand.

 

Liam's approach proves that politics is just a load of balls and that people are far more willing to use a protest vote as they are feed up with what is happening in this country.
