Highs and Lows

The high point of the season for me was The Vase,great performances by Merstham and Camberley that raised the profile not just of their clubs but the league as a whole.The low point is that we are almost into May and we dont know who, if anyone, is going down.

Yeah game at Dartford the high for me, amazing place for club at our level and we scored 2 screamers.

This will sound smug I know but....

 

There haven't been any lows this year, it's been one high after another for Merstham. Hard to pick between the moment we won the league, winning the league cup final after being behind or all those amazing vase games with the consett game in particular living long in the memory.

Don't forget The Surrey Senior Cup final still to come,Whytleafe are definitely beatable.

Our would be our 1st ever FA Cup game eventhough we got knocked out after a replay and improving as a team from last season.

 

Not really got any lows.

I agree they are although I will admit that a victory in the final would be slightly unfair on Whyteleafe considering what has happened. But we shall see...

High - going on an unbeaten run from end October to middle Feb, and beating Staines Lammas twice with last minute winners.

 

Low - playing great against Staines, and then losing the next game we played afterwards against lesser opposition.
